Pursuit of your happiness

DO's
  1. Keep a diary.
  2. Do some sports.
  3. Spare some time for a cup of warm coffee/tea.
  4. Spend time with your beloved ones.
  5. Keep your favorite pet or (potted) plant.
  6. Cry out loud when you are in despair.
  7. Lean on your loved ones' shoulders for the courage to move on.
  8. Optimism (at right time)
  9. Altruism
  10. Do what you love.
  11. Just be yourself.

DON'Ts
  1. Narcissism
  2. Pessimism
  3. Jealousy
  4. Idleness
